Bug Fixes
- Navigating between different campaigns occasionally loaded the wrong campaign.
- Setting a display name when creating a campaign was not working.
- clicking deep links (like campaign join links) while logged out would incorrectly forward to marketing pages instead of to the sign in page.
- logging out would incorrectly redirect to sign-in instead of the homepage.
